ALDE steadfastly stands with Ukraine and Ukrainians, — the Alliance's statement on the anniversary of the Revolution of Dignity

European liberals and democrats will support Ukraine and Ukrainians in their struggle against russian aggression until complete victory over the enemy. This is said in ALDE's statement on the anniversary of the Revolution of Dignity. «Today, on this day, when the 10th anniversary of the beginning of the Revolution of Dignity in Ukraine is celebrated, we, the current co-presidents of the ALDE party, confirm the support of our European political party and our commitment to the European perspective of Ukraine. We will continue to support Ukraine until it wins this unjustified, brutal, and unprovoked full-scale war by russia and beyond», – the document states.  During the events at Maidan, ALDE officials stood with Ukrainians. The values protesters fought for were important to them. Those values haven’t changed despite all the challenges of the full-scale war. This was emphasized by Ukrainian MP, leader of the «Golos» party, ALDE Vice President Kira Rudik.  «Today, the Alliance steadfastly stands with Ukraine and Ukrainians, and in a special statement on the anniversary of the beginning of the Revolution of Dignity, it came out with a special statement. It confirms the support of our European political party and commitment to the European perspective of Ukraine.
