Rearmament of the «axis of evil» is a direct threat to NATO member countries, — Kira Rudik

Freezing the war in Ukraine will not bring peace to the continent. Any NATO country can become the next victim of the «axis of evil», because now russia and its allies are building up their armaments. This was emphasized by Ukrainian MP and «Golos» party leader Kira Rudik. «Whenever our international partners talk about a truce or a cease-fire, I ask if they think that ending the war in Ukraine will force russia, China, Iran, and North Korea to stop producing ammunition and systematically rearm. It is obvious to us that this will not happen. This means that any NATO country can become the next victim of the «axis of evil». International intelligence is already talking about it», — explains the leader of «Golos».  According to Kira Rudik, the democratic world should respond with real and effective sanctions now.  «The issue of opposing the russian federation and its allies should be systemic and consist not only of an attempt to sign some kind of agreement with putin, but of pressure, first and foremost economic and political, as well as preventing anti-democratic countries from accessing the latest technologies», — the MP emphasizes.
