Women are the drivers of change and their role in the reconstruction of Ukraine will be huge, — Kira Rudik at the European Economic Congress

‍An MP of Ukraine, leader of the Golos party, ALDE vice-president Kira Rudik spoke about women's leadership and the importance of the support that Polish women have been providing to Ukrainians, speaking at the XV European Economic Congress in Katowice.

«Today, Ukrainian women fight, volunteer, support their families, and help men. Polish women support Ukrainian women, help migrants, and join in informing the world about the russian terror that is happening now in Ukraine», — emphasized the leader of Golos.

The panel discussion on the sidelines of the congress also discussed the role of women in the further reconstruction of Ukraine.

«Our sisters from Poland not only understand our pain, but they are also ready to help us defeat the aggressor and then rebuild Ukraine. And this is a lot of work, for which we are infinitely grateful to them», — stressed the MP.

The European Economic Congress is an important event for Central Europe. In the Polish city of Katowice, politicians and government officials from the EU and other world states, as well as experts, businessmen, and investors gather to discuss economic challenges and overcome them.
