The world demonstrates historical unity with Ukraine and it is important to preserve it, — Kira Rudik
russian aggression has shaken the world order, but the civilized world must maintain unity in support of Ukraine. A secure future and democratic values depend on this. An MP of Ukraine, leader of the Golos party, and vice-president of ALDE Kira Rudik emphasized this in a conversation with her colleague, vice-president of ALDE, Baroness Sal Brinton.
«Now the world is demonstrating a phenomenal and historical unity with Ukraine in the face of russian aggression, and it is essential to preserve this unity. russia is at war not only with Ukraine, but it is also at war with democratic values, freedom, and human rights, that is, what Ukraine now represents. Accordingly, the aggressor will make every effort to destroy this unity. We have to protect it too. Our path to victory is difficult, but we can change the global security system, so we cannot stop», — emphasized the MP.
Baroness Sal Brinton is a British parliamentarian and vice-president of ALDE. She was elected president of the Liberal Democrats in November 2014, and in 2016 she took second place in the list of the most influential Liberal Democrats.
