I am proud to be around such people! — Kira Rudik presented the All-Ukrainian Animal Protection Award
Oleksandr Syplenko from Sumy received the award for the greatest contribution to saving animals within the framework of the All-Ukrainian Animal Protection Award from UAnimals. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, he has evacuated 101 animals abroad, and now he and his wife have opened a dog detention center and 250 four-legged friends live there. Award was presented by an MP of Ukraine, leader of the Golos party, and vice-president of ALDE Kira Rudik.

«For Ukrainians, every life is important, even the smallest. We carry cats, dogs, and parrots in our arms under fire. I had the honor to present Oleksandr Syplenko with the All-Ukrainian Animal Protection Award from UAnimals — for the greatest contribution to saving animals. I am very proud to be around such people!», — emphasized the MP.

The All-Ukrainian Animal Protection Award was organized by the UAnimals movement. Its winners are animal rights activists and volunteers who, during the full-scale invasion of russia into Ukraine, selflessly save animals: they take them out of the war zone, treat them, sterilize them, give them shelter, and, most importantly, love. These are incredible people from Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Berdyansk, Chernihiv, Kyiv, Sumy, other Ukrainian cities, and even from abroad.
