At all times and in all countries, the youth are the drivers of change that set trends and create the future, — Kira Rudik at the LYMEC congress

Ukrainian youth, who are now fighting against the russian aggressor, have common values with European youth. Those values are equality and freedom. That is why the civilized world hears the voices of Ukrainians. This was emphasized by an MP of Ukraine, leader of the Golos party, and vice-president of ALDE Kira Rudik, speaking at the LYMEC spring congress.

«Today, Ukrainian youth are fighting for their right to freedom. They want a free future where freedom and equality are valued. And these values are common to Europe and the entire civilized world», — the leader of Golos noted.

LYMEC is an association of European liberal youth, founded in 1976. This is the youth wing of ALDE, which unites more than 210,000 young participants from 39 European countries and is represented by a parliamentary group in the European Parliament. Since 2007, the NGO European Youth of Ukraine has been a member of LYMEC.

«Here, our voices are not only heard but also understood and supported. Because at all times and in all countries, young people are the drivers of change who set trends and create the future», — summed up the MP.
