ALDE confirmed its support for Ukraine: all relevant resolutions were voted by the Congress, — Kira Rudik

The Congress of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe in Stockholm supported all resolutions in support of Ukraine in our resistance to russian aggression. And the resolution supporting the implementation of civil partnerships was interrupted by applause. An MP of Ukraine, leader of the Golos party, ALDE vice-president Kira Rudik reported this.

«Such a strong endorsement by the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for the initiative shows how important civil partnerships are to the Liberal-Democrat family. Now we hope that the support of ALDE will contribute to the promotion of this draft law in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine», — said the leader of Golos.

The ALDE Congress was held in Sweden and gathered more than 900 participants. These are representatives from more than 60 national-level parties throughout Europe.
